Keep in mind Sony doesn't recommend playing the Portal outside of the home although it is confirmed to work, but it requires a very strong internet at your location and a very fast UPLOAD from your home. Many home internet providers do not provide fast upload speeds. I have 500MBS service at my house but typically only get 6Mbs - 9Mbs Upload speeds, which is enough, but barely, sometimes its choppy and laggy outside of my home for that reason.
A:AnswerNo, it doesn't. It's the beuty of it, someone can use the tv to watch Netflix or even have it off while another user can use the ps5 via the portal.
