Hi Michael, Thanks for the inquiry. Yes, the earbuds come with extra ear pieces. In order not to fall out, change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. Regards, -Craig
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They do come with additional sizes of earpieces.. I have smaller ear canals, but the medium sized one fits me just fine. I have not tried to run or jog in these yet, so not sure if they would fallout from the impact vibration. I have worn them for a few hours gaming, and was in no discomfort while using them. Hope this helps.
