The mic itself is not “noise cancelling”. However, I use these for work as well. I myself work in a call center based job and they sound great with no issues. When speaking to customers the mic is clear and the audio is as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They headset itself is noise cancelling or ambient noise….I would not reccomend for call center work. The mic is a little sensitive and picks up most noises.

Please try again later.Hello, The noise canceling function reduces ambient sound by generating antiphase sound that counters and cancels outside ambient sounds (such as the noise inside vehicles or noise from indoor air conditioners). Do not cover the microphones on the left and right units of the headset with your hand, etc. If they are covered, the effect of the noise canceling or the Ambient Sound Mode may not perform properly, or a beeping sound (feedback) may occur. If any of this is the case, remove your hands, etc. from the left and right microphones.
