Noise Cancellation (NC) / Ambient Sound If you want to completely turn off any external sound processing (NC and Ambient Sound Mode): Open the Sony | Sound Connect app. Go to the Sound tab. Voice Assistant (Google/Alexa/Siri) To prevent your earbuds from activating your smartphone's assistant: Open the Sony | Sound Connect app. Go to the System tab.
