• I wore them jogging for 2 miles when it was about 55 degrees F outside. I was pretty happy with the experience.

• Hi FITMAN, yes, however, we do not recommend it. These headphones are not designed to be used while performing strenuous physical activities and is not waterproof/resistant. We recommend using one from our sports MP3s instead.
