Other answer is wrong. It comes with the full game, but that's it. The only difference between the regular copy of the game and the digital deluxe copy is that latter includes the coming DLC. This bundle does not include the DLC. You will have to purchase that separately if you want it. You do get the preorder bonuses, but all preorders get that, for any version of the game, bundle or not.
