- Answer In store but I think now your best bet is going to wait on launch day to see what stores have it in stock. Shortly after I pre-ordered mine they were sold out

Questionso I pre-ordered this on 8/14/18 I kept checking online to be able to purchase it due to it saying “coming soon” I finally got to purchase it and received the email with my order number and everything. So am I safe to say I got it? I just want to confirm?

- Answer I mean, yea. If you don't get it shipped to you by the day of release or a couple days after then you should call best buy to get your refund. Either way I think you are safe, you will most likely get another email when it ships on the 7th :)

- Answer Everywhere is sold out or retailers close how many preorders they take from stores. That's why best buy said coming soon as there maybe some in stock after release date. You will either have to wait after release date to get one or go through the pain of buying on eBay from scalpers. Hope you can find one.

- Answer You honestly just have to keep checking to see if it goes back in stock due to someone canceling their order.. That's how I just got my pre-order, but I won't lie it took me a long time to find it. Not only that you have to beat everyone else and be the first to checkout. I recommend using the best buy app in order to use the fast checkout.

- Answer Yes, it's currently out of stock, and only comes back in stock when someone cancels their pre-order. When it does that it's a very short window to claim it and checkout before it will tell you that you can't finish checkout. I've heard there will be a limited amount on the shelves on release day, but they haven't said how many.
