A:AnswerOnce it reaches 12 AM anywhere in the US the retailer is allowed to start selling because it was already 12 AM on the East Coast so technically it was the 24th and can be considered for the whole America .. many releases happen like this so this is nothing new that the West Coast to be around 10 or 11 PM when this will be released .. A lot of people on the West Coast got it because they were prepared and knew that if could possibly go live as soon as it reaches 12 AM anywhere in the US so everyone had to be ready!
A:AnswerThe app updates much faster than the website so pretty much everyone that was ordering through the app made it sell out before that website could even update and the reason why you didn’t see it when you were a refreshing on the website. Sorry

A:AnswerAsk yourself this how many times does a company put out more stock after it says sold out, pretty much never. The stock was put out on the 24th because the East Coast reach that time first and as soon as the US hits midnight the product is allowed to be released. As long is one area in the US hits midnight they are allowed to sell and people on the West Coast that know about product releases are aware of this and it will be earlier on your side but technically it has reached the 24th in the US so therefore; it was released on time!
A:AnswerActually, Best Buy’s release went much more smoothly then all the other retailer selling this item and all the other retailers did it much worse. I will still remain with Best Buy as my number one choice!

Don't believe everything you hear or someone that says they are a rep or even the misinformed rep that thinks they know what they're talking about because clearly it was announced that there was no official time stated as well as it would be a random time .
