"PS5 offers a one-year warranty, but I can tell you that they have the most terrible customer service and technical support I've ever seen. After 3 months of purchase, I noticed a hardware issue with my device and sent it for repair. They have been keeping me waiting for about 4 months now. It has gone back and forth to the service center twice, and they managed to make it even worse. Their service is absolutely disgusting. The warranty is completely useless, as you can understand."
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Warranties are often offered at the desk checkout counter among purchase of the console. Warranties if I’m not mistaken are optional in variety. Some offer up to two years of coverage.
