• No, the ports on the bottom of the controllers are different.

• You will not need PS4 controllers to play PS4 games on a PS5, only the PS5 controller will connect to a PS5

• No, it won't charge PS4 controllers since the connection type is different. The PS4 controller is micro USB and the newer ones for the PS5 are USB C.
