• You can actually use it with the PS4 if you use a third party option such as hooking it up to a alternative device and using ps remote play. I use the PS5 controller on my PS4 using my gaming laptop and it works fine. Can actively control my PS4. I have a PS4 slim. Don't know if that matters.
