A:AnswerIt could be anything but it sounds like a problem related to the console overheating because of poor ventilation while operating the Ps5. If you have the Console at an optimal operating area and everything is clean in relation to location of console then take it into BB for this particular problem.
A:AnswerIf you mean the second SSD slot then that's inside the PS and must be installed by a person. That being said , it's very easy to do and there are a lot of help videos and whatnot in order to teach installation and answer questions about another drive.
I can attest to it being simple BUT the most difficult part of the entire installation is removing the Ps5 cover in order to get to the insides.
