I bought the sony 50.00 gift card. but it will not work? what can i do to try and figure out why it is not working? could it be that it was not activated at the register? i ordered it online? do i need to take it into a store to get it activated? null

You should be able to just enter code from the back. Make sure there are no spaces or extra characters. If still not working call Best Buy, they are usually really quick to correct any issues.

Scratch off the card go to the Playstation store scroll all the way down where it say redeem codes enter the code and it will say u now have 50 bucks on your Playstation account. If it doesn't work it mean that there no value and yes it was not activated is best for u to buy digital less hassle.

As far as I know, you need to have it activated in store like just about any other gift card

Try and use the playstation system to login to playstation store and enter the code to get fund into you account, hope this work for you.
