You get access to the Playstation Online Network. You have to purchase the game separately. You will also need internet access. You will then have the ability to play with others online.

It is absolutely unclear whether you are buying an actual 1 year PlayStation Network subscription (needed to play some PlayStation games on-lne) or whether you are buying add on content for GTA V. This week the actual game is on sale on Best Buy for $20 off the regular price, and $10 less than this card. If you want tto buy GTA, buy the disc and get it while it is $20 off.
