You must buy a card to where your PlayStation Plus account will be registered to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah if it says it needs to be a US address then the code will not work, I believe you can buy your version through the PSN store or maybe on Amazon.com for your country. Not sure if BestBuy sells the version for non-US accounts. Hope this helps.

Even though you're not in the US, you should be able to go through the PlayStation Store online or on your console and purchase the membership that way. It's a digital version, you don't need a card or code and you'll be ready to play multiplayer with no problem. Hope this helps!
