I don’t think so. There is a PlayStation network card that comes in 20, 25 and 50 dollar denominations that can be used for digital purchases. The 12 month subscription card would renew a current subscription at its conclusion.

No, PlayStation has membership cards and membership cash cards which is a card is strictly for online game play and one is for online store purchases
