Im not 100% sure if it still works like this but bestbuy doesnt sell 25 however they sell the 3 month membership for 24.99 which is treated like ps store credit.

Playstation gift cards come in amounts of $10, $20, $50 and $100. I would suggest purchasing both a $20 psn card, as well as a $10 card, to fulfill your needs. You’ll always have that extra amount unused in your psn wallet until you make use of it.
