Yeah you can buy the VR set without any games. Also if you didn't know. You can use it for regular games and it is like being on a big screen- the quality is cut back slightly, but watching movies/ Netflix etc is pretty cool if you want to tune out of the world on the couch and watch your favorite shows using the VR headset.
