No it just certain games they have a vr section.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes but only the games that are VR will be in VR. If you use on normal game it will run in 1080 and just look like a huge TV. This can be a benefit as you can use the PS4 without a TV, or if you have a TV attached someone else can use the TV and you can still play.

Games actually designed for PSVR will actually let you look around as if you’re in the game rather than just looking at a flat screen, so those games are the only ones that actually offer any sort of immersion. So, for example, if you want to play Callof Duty in your headset you can, but there’s no reason to do so because it wasn’t designed for PSVR.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Non VR games will play on the VR in cinematic mode. Personally, in my opinion, it's best to just play non VR games without the VR. When you play a non VR game with the headset on all you'll see is a screen in front of you and black on the sides of you. It's not worth playing non VR games with the headset on... However, the VR games are fun! I'd recommend this for a great VR experience. But you'll also have to have the PlayStation Move controllers. Worth the money, I think, for the VR games.
