Yes you can. Not in VR mode but in a sort of theater settings. The VR is like having a second screen for non VR games.

You can play any title wearing the headset. Many standard titles haven't gotten updates to use the head tracking needed to make them a VR game and don't have the 360 degree aspect of an actual VR title. So you would play it as a standard 2D game if you wanted to.
