It doesn’t come with the PS5, it only includes the HMD (Head-Mounted Display) and the controllers/cables for it. You’ll have to buy the PS5/Games Separately

The model that I got came withthe PSVR 2 Headset, 2 Wireless VR2 Sense controllers, and a code to down load "Horizon Call of the Mountain" game for no added charge! It is truly an excellent system. It looks a lot better than I expected and with none of that noxious feeling that comes with other VR headsets! If you play PS5 this is the VR system for you. The only downside is no web browser on the PS5/PSVR 2. You do have access to apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus and more though. I hope this helped!
