“Can this VR headset be used on PC? I know it has a type C connection so it had me wondering and Google doesn't have a straight forward answer.”

At this time, no. But Sony is in talks of giving it PC support.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The PSVR2 cannot be used on a PC. No first-party Sony support for this feature is in the works. There are third party programers working on this, but any such solution would be convoluted and expensive.
