At this time, no. But Sony is in talks of giving it PC support.

The PSVR2 cannot be used on a PC. No first-party Sony support for this feature is in the works. There are third party programers working on this, but any such solution would be convoluted and expensive.

Not as of October 2023 and most likely if it ever does it will be at the work of modders not Sony officially supporting that.

To play vr games no. Hopefully a mod gets released soon. But when you do connect it you get a display tv inside of your headset that you can control your pc with
