QuestionIs there an option to keep the backlight on at all times and can you adjust the brightness of the backlight?

- Answer When the unit is powered by the built-in battery, the backlight of the display turns off in about half a minute after operation. when connected to the electrical grid, there are 3 levels of permanent illumination: high, middle and low or select the position OFF.

- Answer Hi Myly5100, Yes, when operating the unit on the built-in battery, it is recommended that you remove the AC adaptor from the wall outlet and the DC IN jack. Disconnect the plug of the external power source before operating the unit. Thanks! ^Ron
