No, you can't return anything digital

If you return to BestBuy, then you're just being not nice, and secondly BestBuy will reject it. If you REALLY want to return even after activating it, then call Sony and hope they can just refund and cancel the membership. Do research on what you're signing up first before doing this next time.

I don't believe so. If you activate it you put it in your account and it shows you have 12 months of service. If this doesn't help i would suggest call best buy.
