• Will work on PC. Not sure about XBOX.

• They come with a 3.5 mm audio jack which allows it to be plugged in to anything and use as headphones. Even the pamphlet says this so I would have to say yes it can be used with anything that has that audio jack. Not sure about the USB adapter.
