“I was wondering, is it possible to use this only as a chat headset and have the rest of the sound come through my Yamaha surround sound? So I would have the Pulse headset be a chat headset and the rest would be through my speakers?”

Yes, you just have to make the changes in the audio settings of the PS5.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You would think we would be able to do this since we could on the PS4, but no this feature is no available as of yet. It’s a system issue, nothing to do with the headset. The headset itself is amazing, 3D audio really is a game changer!
