Yes, it has both a 3.5mm jack & a USB-C port.

Judging from promotional pictures as of Jan 24th, it seems like there's no 3.5mm jack and no USB-C port. There are contact pads at the top of the headset that connect with the pogo pins in the included charging hanger.
