Easy version: Pulse is smaller, tighter, less comfortable. Pulse has better ease of access features like mic control, chat control, and volume buttons. Price on the pulse is decent at $99. Pulse elite is bigger, softer on the ears (i have 2.5inch gauged earlobes and comfort is a huge priority for me while gaming for over 4 hours), way clearer audio. Pulse elite does not have the same buttons as previous model, but the settings are ridiculously easy to use once you start playing with it. Bought my pulse elite at full price - somewhere between $199 and $249....but they're currently on sale for $150 i believe. End results: if youre on a budget, the regular pulse is not bad but if you can afford the Elite definitely buy. Well worth it.
