“I have had these headphones for about a year. No sound comes out of it. When I place them back on the stand, the charging lights up for 30 minutes to an hour, then turns off. When I try them again, still no sound. No frayed wires. Any suggestions?”

Hi DisgruntledCustomer123, We are sorry to hear this. Please change the radio frequency with the CHANNEL selector on the transmitter, then change the radio frequency to that of the transmitter with the AUTO TUNING button on the headphones.
