“The green light on the AC adaptor wont turn on. And when I put the headphones on the ac adaptor the light turns red for a minute and then turns off. It also wont charge at all”

• I have this exact same issue. The headphones are brand new -- literally 3 days old. I'm taking them back to Best Buy tomorrow and will be buying another brand.
