“These are brand new headphones. Initial charge took about 10 hours. the Red light went off the transmitter but no green light . I tried the headphones for about 5 minutes - worked perfectly. Put them back on transmitter and still Red 7 hours later?”

Hi Sandrazena, once you place the headphones on the dock, the red light comes on as charging indication. The red light will go off if the charging is complete. The approximate charging time is 7hrs(empty battery to full battery) which will allow you to use the headphones 20hrs max. However,t ime may vary, depending on the temperature or conditions of use.
