“the stand has the red light on and the headset is on for hours. It initially turns green and then stops working after 5 minutes. Are there batteries somewhere i need to replace and if so how?”

Batteries go in the speaker the on/ off button is on. You’ll see “push” where the speaker bends. It took me a while to figure it out, so I hope this helps.
