“I had Best Buy Sony wireless headphones 7 yrs. Finally battery wired in weak and falling apart. Bought new Sony headphones. Play and cutout,play and cutout. Returned,told Best Buy Sony rep in Westland,MI store and got 2nd pair exchange. Doing same thing.”
