Hi Breddy, Thanks for reaching out to us. We're sorry to learn you are experiencing audio issues or no sound is heard from the active subwoofer. Sound may not be output from the target speakers depending on the playback signals or the speaker settings. Be sure to select the optimal sound field for the content. For details on relations between sound fields and speaker outputs, see “Relations between sound fields and speaker outputs.” on the product's help guide that can be found on our Sony Support website. If no sound or only a very low-level sound is heard from the subwoofer, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue: • Press SW (volume) + or BASS + on the remote control of a compatible model to increase the subwoofer volume. • If the input sources contain very little bass sound components (i.e., a TV broadcast), the sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear. You can check the subwoofer sound by emitting the test tone. Note: It may be difficult to hear low-frequency sounds from your subwoofer. To test your subwoofer, play movies with rumbling noises or music with loud bass tones. If you need further assistance, please let us know so we can turn your experience around. Unfortunately, due to the current Best Buy phishing protocol for your protection, we cannot provide a direct email or phone number for customer support as of now. Please find Sony Electronics' Support information: Go to our support website > click on “Support” > scroll down click on “Contact Support” > click on "Home Audio" and from there you'll see different ways to reach us. Regards, Jess
