Yes! Yes, you can connect it wired! The whole AX000 line can connect wired to the SW3, SW5, RS3 and RS5. It’s hidden very well, but it is able to be connected wired.

Hi Raman, Thanks for inquiring about the SA-SW5. Unfortunately, no. It doesn't have terminals for speaker wires. The wireless subwoofer uses a radio frequency. A recommended option is to add Sony HT-A9 Home Theater System or HT-A7000, HT-A5000, or HT-A3000 soundbar to use with our SA-SW5. Simply power up the SA-SW5 subwoofer and it automatically makes a wireless connection with your HT-A9 Home Theater System or HT-A7000, HT-A5000, or HT-A3000 Soundbar.
