Yes! The Zeiss 55mm F1.8 is more then adequate for a crop sensor camera. Don't let people full you by saying you can't shoot with a full frame lens on a crop sender camera. Jason Lanier has YouTube reviews shooting an entire wedding with a a6300. Hope this helps

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, although it was meant for Sony's full-frame cameras, it will fit fine on the APS-C E Mount cameras like the A6000, A6300 and A6500. Be aware that the 55mm will be a 82mm equivalent focal length on the crop sensor body like the A6500.
