• Yes. Pair the two speakers first. Then connect both speaker to the computer, tablet or phone.

• No, you can not use them for multi-room functionality. Only for stereo (Left + Right). Multi-room functionality is different than stereo, and generally can only be found with wifi connected systems.

• I don't know about two of these. I connected it and another blue tooth speaker at the same time, but it will only play through one at a time. When another signal comes, like from my iPhone, the Sony disconnects until the iPhone is disconnected.
