“I bought this same model from Best Buy a week ago and your floor model plays a lot louder than mine. Is there a setting I need to adjust so my speaker plays loude? I use it through the Bluetooth input.”

To ensure optimal listening experience, please download the Sony Music Center app. There you will find all sorts of tools to fine tune your XB43 and maximize the volume to your liking. There is even an EQ. Also, please make sure you fully charge the speaker, especially after it has gone below 10%, and hit the auto volume limiter (designed to keep your speaker safe). Then Increase the volume level of the wireless speaker and source devices. You may also find different devices will perform better than others, as will different apps due to different types of audio compression and transmission. LDAC devices tend to sound the best.
