• They’ll more than likely replace the whole controller rather than repair it

• If it’s covered under bestbuy warranty they can replace it but it’s super easy dude if you have it. Just pull the quick release lever and slide the old one out and pop in the new one and secure the lever. Instructions came with the controller or just YouTube that bad boy.
