• It does not send a signal out for bluetooth. It accepts incoming signals. So no, I dont think it would, sorry.

• Yes, this receiver has Bluetooth and uses it to connect with other Bluetooth enabled items.

• It's supposed to, but I haven't tried it. Definitely bluetooth compatible.
