Hi BobZ, Thanks for your inquiry! Unfortuntely, no. This receiver is designed to receive a Bluetooth signal from a smartphone or tablet. It is not capable of transmitting one to a Bluetooth device such as wireless headphones, amplifiers, or speakers. Hope this helps! -Sam

This receiver is audio only so any product that plugs in with an RCA cord will be compatible. Speakers and bluetooth input devices should all be compatible, but products such as wireless hdmi will not work as this receiver does not support video. Hope rhis helps.
