• Hi DGOoverall, Thanks for your interest in the STRDH190. Unfortunately, the USB port of this unit is for service use only. I'd recommend checking out our other home receivers, such as the STRDH590, STRDH790, and STRDN1080 for USB playback option. -Sam

• No. Although the unit has a USB interface on the back (next to the FM antenna interface), it is indicated as "For Service" - not supported as a user interface for playing music. It does, however, support a Bluetooth and "Portable In" (front - 3.5mm jack) interface for playing music from external devices (such as an iPhone).
