Hi Chi, We do apologize for the inconvenience. Power reset the unit, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had some issues when connecting through an optical cord. The best way to connect to TV is through HDMI Arc outlet, then run all of your other HDMI channels to the receiver.
