Do you have to use a tv screen to access the menu or can you just use the receiver front display as I just plan to use it for 2.1 stereo only. Also, what is the power rated at 8 ohms? It only lists specs for 6 ohms. null

You can use 2 speakers with direct mode. No way of changing 6 to 8 in the menus either. (cant even acess that)

No, you do not need a TV screen to operate the receiver.
