I HAVE A BOSE SYSTEM FROM 1989. THE PART THAT RUNS THE SYSTEM IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE NEW SAMSUNG TV I BOUGHT FROM BB. I HAD TO USE A CONVERTER TO MAKE IT WORK. THE CONVERTER HAS TO BE MANUALLY DISCONNECTED WHEN NOT USING. SO MY QUESTION SEEMS SIMPLE TO ME. CAN I USE THE SONY RECEIVER TO TAKE THE PLACE OF BOSE CONTROL
