Hi lacarlo, The new BDP-S1700 and BDP-S3700 players with serial number 4000000 or higher were not sold with, and do not include, support for Prime Video. Please check the serial number of your player. If your player has serial numbers lower than 4000000, the Prime Video can be seen in the App menu.
