“We have forgotten our parental control password, and cannot play DVDs higher than PG without resetting it....and we have no idea how to do that. Does anyone know how to reset the Parental control password?”

• when I had some questions that pertained to Sony I actually went on their web site and contacted them..they did answer...so they may be better qualified to help you. plus they have a manual on line you can get for this player.
