The UBP-X700/M supports external hard disk drives (HDDs) up to 2TB formatted with the MBR (Master Boot Record) partition scheme and up to 4TB with the GPT (GUID Partition Table) scheme. Additionally, it supports USB flash drives up to 128GB formatted with FAT32, NTFS, or exFAT file systems. (sony.com) Please note that if your storage device has multiple partitions, only the first partition will be accessible. For optimal performance, we recommend using a Sony external USB HDD or USB memory. While third-party devices may work, full compatibility is not guaranteed.
