• This unit does not have an optical audio output as stated in the last answer. It does have a coaxial digital output. The unit will work with any tv with a hdmi input.

• The short answer is- no problem. Set up is as easy as running an HDMI Cable from the disc player to the TV. Make sure it is 4K capable. I'm noticing a discernible upgrade with all discs that playback, but 4K HD Blu-rays are really spectacular! BTW- I'm using an optical sound connection from the player to my 5.1 receiver.
