For better audio results can you go to audio settings! Audio mix settings you can turn it off. Active DSEE HX. You will get clearer audio. These settings helped me get better audio

Make sure everything is connected properly and are all compatible with each other. (TV, speakers, a/v system, etc.) Make sure your cables have the necessary bandwidth for your system. (4K, 60Hz, HDR, >18 Mbps) Outside of this, if call tech support. Either Best Buy or Sony should be able to help.
